As the fall season continues to wind down, the stakes are heating up, as the volleyball team won their tournament opener last evening over Madison Grant. The team now plays the hard hitting Burris Owls in the semi final match up at 11:00 am Saturday morning back at Madison Grant Jr/Sr High School. The championship game will be Saturday evening 6:00. The Boys/Girls XC teams look to compete and advance as they travel to Taylor University to run in their respective races on Saturday morning at 10:30 (boys race first). Just some added information: Girls basketball officially begins Monday, Oct. 20 and there will be a big event hosted at the WHS parking lot, track and school as the Trunk or Treat event (food trucks, inflatables, haunted hallways, etc.), Jon Beatrice Band and other fun activities for students and families of all ages.
